I signed up for my first marathon! The Rock n Roll in Vegas! I'm from Colorado; I live and train at 5280 feet above sea level. Las Vegas is 2030 feet. 24 minutes off my half marathon time!
I knocked a solid 24 minutes off my half marathon time today! I was completely shocked when I got to the finish line and saw I was crossing at 2 hours and 17 minutes! Needless to say my legs are hurting right now so I'm currently in an ice bath. I'm so excited!

Just finished my first half!!!!

So last year I joined mfp to try and slim down. Instead of slimming down, I accidentally got pregnant and gained 60 pounds in my pregnancy. Is a 30 minute workout better than no work out?
I get an hour for lunch so my lunch usually goes as follows: 10 mins to get to the gym 5 mins to get ready 30 min workout 5 min to get ready for work 10 mins back I just want to make sure that I'm not just wasting my time by only getting 30 minutes in on some days.

I'm brand new here... I decided to try this app and so far I LOVE it... but I've only been doing it since Friday... Scared to step on the scale but my weigh in is Friday!
