15 pound by May 18th!

I just found out I will be in Vegas the weekend of May 18th and I decided to get my life back in shape and be 15 pounds lighter by then!

I will work out at least 3 times a week, I will keep my calories under 1500 a day, and I will eat at least 5 servings of vegetables a day!

Any other advice or helpful hints are much appreciated!

I will need all the support I can get!
