Are you currently nursing?
-
I did it. Lost 5 pounds one week, put on 6 the next week. A calorie deficit is much better and manageable.

Oh i thought when you said "(I can't give up cheese yet)" you were talking about having to give up cheese for weight loss. You don't ever have to give up cheese if you don't want to!
-
I never thought their calorie counting was arcuate. I found they didn't account for the calories you burn just by being alive so they were always overestimated for me.
-
Why do you want to try and give up cheese?
-
I will bank calories from the week so I can indulge a little eating it with friends. Tomorrow night I'm going out with friends and I have about 1000 calories extra saved up for that meal. It will probably go to all the drink though.

I'm a ballet teacher! I mostly teach ballet but I also teach- tap, jazz, hip hop, poms, and creative movement!
-
Totally a coke zero girl.
-
2 eggs. Figuratively, takes me 3 minutes to make.

I was at one of my good (overweight) friends house eating potatoe chips and she says to me (word for word) "God, I wish I had your metabolism" Me: actually, I saved some calories this week so I could eat more tonight so I could enjoy hanging out with you and not worrying about what i ate. Friend: seriously? You had to do…

If it fits- you're good. I drink, "moderately," but I make sure it fits my calorie goal and i lose weight fine. Side note- alcohol is high and calories and not filling in the least bit: to add to that, alcohol makes you stop giving AF about your food choices (and sometimes partner choices!) so you're more likely to consume…

PB fit is better in my opinion.
-
Whiskey and diet or tequila and soda water with lime are my go to drinks.
-
Is there any specific reason why you're going paleo?
-
I log only half of my time when I workout and that's pretty actuate for me.
-
I would say lightly active.
-
21 day fix is another way to trick yourself yup be in a deficit. It's also expensive. MFP is free.
-
Are you weighing the foods you consume? Are you eating back your exercise calories? If yes, how do you calculate your calorie burn during exercise?
-
If you're under on your calories, you're fine.
-
Keep it at lightly active but switch your settings to lose .5 pounds a week. After 6 weeks- if you lose 6 pounds, then you should be active. If you lose 3 pounds, you're where you need to be.
-
It's fine. I personally don't like it because I feel like I have no energy without good
-
Are you losing right now at 1400 calories?
-
+1 for strongcurves. I'm doing it right now and I notice a little difference in my booty. But I've been doing it with a slight surplus. I just switched back to a deficit so well see what happens to my booty.
-
That's a great idea. I'm going to have to steal this.
-
Sooooooo this. I gained weight clean eating and "paleo" (obviously I was in a surplus but I was told by a million blogs all I had to do was eat clean and I would lose) because I don't have a stop signal when it comes to eating.
-
I must be eating the wrong bread. The last time I had a ham sandwich it tasted like a piece of ham in between 2 pieces of cake with mustard. So gross.
-
I don't think I count, but the biggest I was was 220 with a 45 inch waist. Then I delivered a 10 pound baby. That was 70 pounds and 3 years ago and I have very minimal extra skin.
-
You can't spot reduce fat. Continue to eat at a deficit and the day will eventually come off.
-
I got some cheap fairey lights and I wear those. Other runners laugh when they realize what I'm wearing and I'm happy I made their run that much more enjoyable.

I find if I workout in the morning, I workout harder than in the evenings. But I can't workout most mornings so I deal with evening workouts. Workout when it fits your schedule and find out which you prefer.
