It depends on your week. Not one meal on one day. Did you stay in a deficit for the week?
-
Log it and start over. You've got this!
-
I'm never full or satisfied either. You have to get use to it. Increasing fiber helps a little.
-
Are you following a specific progressive weightlifting program or are you kind of winging it as you go?
-
Enter all your information into mfp and log EVERYTHING you consume.

Nice! I don't eat bread either but only because I don't like it. Bread tastes so sweet to me, it's disgusting.

I will not be working out the first day of the new year. My gym is stupid busy that day, it would probably take 3 hours to do a typical 45 minute workout due to waiting for machines.

My hair is boob length. French braids and dry shampoo are my best friends.
-
I think around 2 weeks for me is when I would feel hungry I would go for water and not food. But I'm always hungry regardless of what I do.

I learned this year to turn my bling into Christmas Tree decorations. That way when I get them out next year, it's a fun reminder.
-
I personally workout harder if I'm working it first thing in the morning. But sometimes I can only workout at night. It's honestly a personal preference.

I can burn 1000 calories in a little over an hour and a half when I run 10 miles. Are their workouts compared to running 10 miles?
-
You forgot shakeology! That stuff is better for you than water!
-
How frustrating. We're you logging during the holidays?
-
Mine was 10 pounds, but I'm tall so I feel like 10 pounds on me looks like 15 pounds on someone shorter.

First, talk to your doctor as I have no medical training. Now my experience - I had stupid tight hamstrings 6 weeks before my full marathon. I went and saw a physical therapist and she told me to foam roll a lot before hand. I ran it in 4:41:37

Wino here! I drink on most nights, I find if I lose weight slowly, I can drink more and not be as hungry. Cheers!

I was told a couple years ago by a personal trainer to always do weights first to get the most out of your workout. I don't know how true it is but it's worked pretty well for me this far.
-
I rarely do days with unlimited calories. I can consume 5k calories in a day and that kills my month when i do that.
-
5'9" and goal weight was 135 but I didn't mind my body at 150. I accidently gained 10 pounds so I'm trying to lose those 10 pounds in the next 20 weeks. The highest I ever was 220 but I was 9 months pregnant with a 10 pound baby boy at that point.

I'm usually lowest on Wednesdays too. But I tend to over do it on the weekends and Wednesday night I do this crazy workout with friends and I always and heavier after the workout for a couple days.

I LOVE the Kirkland protein bars. They're so filling and so satisfying. I won't waste my money on quest bars after I found these.
-
I personally could have never lost anything if I had to consume less than 1600 calories a day. Believe me, I tried and ended yup in a binge that killed my weekly deficit. Set your diary to lose weight slower.
-
I'm 5'9" and 160ish and losing on 1900 a day. Only .5 pounds a week but I can'thave anymore of a deficit or I may accidently murder someone.

When I started MFP as a SAHM my activity level was set to lightly active and it was perfect. I always log my activity as half of what I really did since MFP calorie burns are exceptionally high.

I don't like lifting weights. I would rather run a 10k in an hour than to lift for an hour. But I know lifting conserves muscle and I've noticed a huge difference in my ballet technique since I started lifting.

Vitamin d3 and iron (doctors orders) Biotin and folic acid (dermatologists orders) Melatonin (I suck at sleeping) Omega 3 Fish oil (no real reason except I heard it was good for me and I figured why not)

I'm going to go low carb for the weekend. I have BED and while I've learned how to keep it under control 90% of the time, whenever I go to my parents it comes back full force and I consume 3k+ calories a day there. I find if I don't eat carbs there, im less likely to go into a surplus.

Australian Shepard is correct, stupid auto correct. How did you find out your aussie had special needs? My boy will bark at other dogs and be real annoying when he hasn't had a run in awhile because of all his pent up energy. I hope you can run with your aussie soon!

My stats are similar to yours and I got the medium and I love it.
