cheese and cherry tomato sticks! Yummy and easy to make....I use two ounces of block cheese and cherry tomatos...you can put them on a stick but you don't have to...quick easy stays good for a few days!

If your office is large enough and the atmosphere allows it maybe have an morning and afternoon walk around the building. We did this at my old job and it was great. I'm a senior at college and the calories in alcohol are pretty bad especially in things like long islands.
