The Lazy Keto app has tons of recipes and most of them are actually quite tasty. Maria Emmerich has a couple of keto cookbooks you could look into purchasing. For snacks I usually go for whisps, cheeses, dark chocolate and various nuts.

You need to find the right workout for you. Less of a workout when you find something you enjoy. For me it was PiYo. Hated running, hated stationary bikes and lifting weights. I did one PiYo video at home and was hooked ever since.

If I have a big enough deficit, I may eat some of it back. I usually don't coz I also think of my calories as a weekly collective. You aren't eatting enough. Minimum you need is 1200 and that's without exercise It took me about 2 to 3 months to lose 20 lbs
