edited September 26 in Health and Weight Loss
Before anyone says it I know I need to see a dr just mine has a book on the day policy and I've called nearly everyday for almost 3months and they never have an appointment. I have now put my name down for a different surgery so fingers crossed I get one monday.

The thing I want to ask is has anyone else found that since eating healthy their T.O.Mhas gone crazy? I'm having mine every other week and its driving me crazy im just so drained all the time but strangly I have very little appetite. if anyone else has has this and knows anything about it please let me know. I had my last baby in september so don't know if it'd that but its only really started since feb.

i was late by a few days the first month of losing weight! i think the change in routine, the exercise and the loss of weight can make your body act in different ways? i can imagine that its getting to be a nightmare for you so definitely get to the docs and see what they suggest! good luck with it :)

Maybe you are pregnant? I thought my period was screwed up a few years back, but it turned out it was my daughter!

From what I understand, fat stores hormones, and as you burn fat the hormones are released and that makes everything crazy. I've been dealing with the same thing!

I have had the same situation before but it was not related to weightloss. It's because you're not ovulating and when you don't produce any FSH (follicle stimulating hormone) your body thinks it's time for another period. I had that go on for about 3 months. I went to a specialist and was put on clomid to help me ovulate but my hubby and I were trying to get pregnant (to no avail) so that solution wouldn't work for you. You could see about going on birth control to help regulate you out.

Mine has been acting like this recently and I am on the pill. I am thinking I am going to have to make an appointment with my Dr. soon to if it doesn't regulate again by the end of the month.

Mine is out of whack but it was before starting program so I am hoping it might actually straighten up. The doctor wants me to have a hysterectomy , but I really just don't want to do it so I have learned to live with it.

I hope not!!!! I wanted to get sterilized but due to nhs cutbacks they won't let me so I've had to have the copper coil. My biggest fear is to be pregnant again three is more than enough!

Hmmm if you have had 3 successful pregnancies so far I would probably say it's safe to assume you aren't pregnant unless...all your other pregnancies were the same and same sex. My friend had a surprise with her 4th only because it was a boy and her 1st three were girls. Everything presented differently for her.

I'm on birth control so mine is supposed to be regulated and even it's been a little wonky since I really started exercising. Ive noticed that my appetite gets crazy outta control about a week before it's supposed to show up and I really have to watch my snacking. I almost never eat salty food and yet that's all I want for that week.

Ugh that's terrible! I didn't even bleed for that long after my children were born. I agree you need a new doctor!
