  • yes I think that there are many contributing factors to lethargy and tiredness. I have been diagnosed with sleep Apnia and it definitely affects my willingness and ability to exercise

  • Well I am back at it and with your great advice things are moving on the scales again. :flowerforyou: . I have also gone back on my old eating plan that was really high protein. It seems to work for me so I think I will stick to it. :love: Happy being a looser once again :wink:

  • Thanks for your reply I have an old knee injury that give me grief doing any sort of cardio, even a brisk walk seems to give me pain that turns me off doing it again the next day, i figured that if aqua gets me moving it is better then nothing, i also swim and walk laps of the pool, i don't enjoy the gym so it turns me off…
