I do drink a lot of water ( 3litres that used to be always something i drink even when i wasn't weight/health conscious)...as suggested by another mfp member for reducing the water gain effect... Maybe my sodium intake is high...Probably should just reduce on the stressing level... thanks Talal! :)

Level 1 was pretty easy <I have problems with push ups as well>...so after 7 days i decided to move on to level 2 ...which is pretty hard...You can feel the sweat!...Also this has more planks over pushups so you don't have to modify anything ...Hence adds in the intensity...I also add in another 30 minutes of some kinda…

When I'm lazy to do my usual cardio routine...My boyfriend comes pick me up and we go out jogging at the beach together...That kicks in the energy to do my cardio as well!...double bonus on days i feel lazy :D!!...He makes sure i get my workouts every day and loves taking me dancing and bowling on weekends for a fun…
