TOM has me not wanting to eat...because of the horrible 2 day cramps and vomiting followed by a 2 day stomach irritation <I'm perfectly healthy...have already checked with many doctors...the cramps runs in the family>.... so yes it does influence my workout and eating more than 4$ of tampons...just saying...

I've been doing it for almost 8 days...It's a good workout if you give your 100% ... 20 minutes means you really have to push it 20 minutes for that sweat... It feels nice to finish off a workout in a short time span...:)...first three days can be hard...but then it gets better as your body gets stronger...

I do weigh daily...but i don't record it in...i only record it once a week....This works fine for me...and the daily weigh in serves as motivation to look be more careful with your food... :)

I'm 5'4 and 115 and do not look stick thin...i do not know why...not that i want to look stick thin...i just really want to be toned! currently doing a 100 crunches a day along with 30 ds and arm workouts.... planning to start on yoga from today for the posture!

I love coconut water...It's good for your skin as well... But then i usually have it when i go back to my hometown where it's cheap...I dont think it helps you lose weight or anything...because then i ought to have a bunch of skinny relatives lol....but then maybe that's why they're not obese either despite eating…

i just calculated my body fat percentage and it says 20.9%...I'm not so sure what that means...this is the first time i've come across body fat percentage! I do think from now onwards i should add a 30 minute yoga routine... I do have bad posture!and the facial exercises mentioned above can't be bad... :) thanks so much…
