June 27, 2012, I weighed 256 pounds. I'm down to 187 pounds. I want to lose 12.2 pounds weighing 175 by March 26, 2013. No special reason other than it's my next goal.

All breast are not created equal. LOL. With that being said, that;s why I always try to log in my food before I eat it. that way, I know that maybe I should reduce the serving side to half or less if necessary. You'll chose better next time.
