At jazzercise we sometimes use the restance bands, but the burn is not counted serperately. So I have basically nothing to add, I just wanted to let you know that "I know nothing" :laugh:

At the Walmart Subway shops, you can buy an 8oz bag of popcorn. I really like it, 3 cup serving is 140 calories. You get about 8 servings per bag for $1.99

Yep, I follow Weight Watchers. However, once WW changed the size of their tracking journal, I decided that I would use MFP for logging my food diary. I like the interaction with others at the WW meeting. Apparently, you can have MFP keep track of your WW PlusPoints too, but I have not been successful in getting that set up.

Desi, Desi, Desi. How is that tracking working for you? You can out your head in the sand, but if you start writing it down, there is no hiding. Whatever food is being prepared by the cook, you search that item as home made & enter the serving size. It may not be accurate, but it's a start. You need to get started.
