30FF and no stabbing in the armpit here....sounds like you are wearing the wrong size. Most women are wearing a cup size which is too small for them, may be worth getting properly fitted. If you're in the UK, I recommend Bravissimo!

At a party recently someone had the drunk idea of putting balloons up the guys t-shirts and then all the girls punching them (I know...I know...moronic). I punched one of my colleagues, totally missed the balloon and hit him hard. A month later it turns out I actually cracked his rib. I AM MORTIFIED.

Well done! That's awesome.

Not really an issue for me cause I find the smell of most fast food places really off-putting. I do have some exceptions though - I really like Chipotle and Jimmy Johns. Generally a bit healthier and fresher, but still can have some off-the-charts calorie counts! Have you watched Supersize Me? That was pretty disturbing in…

I really like them. Nice for the summer when you don't feel like hot porridge/oatmeal. I make mine with yoghurt rather than milk cause I don't like milk much. I put a tablespoon of chia seeds in. I would warn you against putting banana in the night before - it can go a bit brown and mushy - I would put the fruit in the…

I earn them in advance if I know that I want a G&T later or to go out to eat - it's the only way to fit either of those things into my calorie limit. I don't resent it. I do hate gymn exercise though, and 'earning the calories' is often the only motivation I can use to get myself into my work out clothes. Once I'm working…

I want to be the size and weight that I was when I got married - 65kg and size 10/12 UK...

Try the elliptical instead? Might be less of a 'jolt'?

Welcome! I started around 200 and it's taken me 10 months to lose 22 lbs. Got another 22 to go! MFP has been a great tool for me and it's really working. You've just got to be patient, change one thing at a time, and not expect to lose 20 lbs in a month. Don't get frustrated. When you mess up (and we ALL do), pick yourself…

I get super angry and frustrated if I do not eat breakfast. I would much prefer to have a substantial breakfast (today is foul medammas, bread and coffee....YUM) and then skip lunch or just have a salad. To each their own though, whatever works. I know some people just get more hungry if they eat too early, or even aren't…

I made this recently and it was SO yummy. Actually I've now made it twice in one week: http://www.skinnytaste.com/2012/03/easy-crust-less-spinach-and-feta-pie.html And this is my go-to soup recipe: http://www.thekitchn.com/recipe-cuban-black-bean-soup-98048 Also easy and delicious. If you are veggie, leave out the ham hock…

I love my Mirena. I wish I had got it years and years and years ago. I paid for it from my own money because it was so worth it! (for me...of course not all birth control solutions work for everyone)

Exercise more. You may also just have your calorie limit set way too low. Search for 'in place of a roadmap' on the forums and follow what it says about TDEE. It looks like you are close to maintenance (with only 1 kg to close?) so you should be eating pretty close to TDEE.

If I lived alone I would probably eat an omelette three times a day...

The reasons I am being successful this time: (i) MFP - the fact that it keeps me focused on a goal, and stops me from getting complacent. Before, I would have lost 10 pounds, felt a bit better, and gotten lazy. This time, I'm focused on the fact that I'm not done until I get to at least 35 if not 40 pounds, and then the…

I bake them and eat them...made brownies yesterday...yum. Check out www.101cookbooks.com - there's some healthier baking options. But go for it - it's a great way to motivate yourself to earn some calories on the treadmill!

i love green tea. especially green tea with mint. no sugar. a little caffeine boost but calming and refreshing. if it's good for me too, all the better. i did see this infographic (http://www.informationisbeautiful.net/play/snake-oil-supplements/) which rated a bunch of homeopathic and supplement type things according to…

Beans, chickpeas, lentils! Buy bulk bags of dried and cook them up into indian curries, veggie chilli, soups! Baked potatoes with toppings Oatmeal for breakfast is cheap and filling Eggs all day every day. Even making things yourself rather than buying packages is such a good first step - the mark up on ready meals etc is…

maybe look into green smoothies - seem to be a really good option for low calorie and energy boost to start the day...less sugar than fruit-heavy smoothies, not that i give a crap about fruit sugar, cause who ever got fat eating too much fruit...(: i like overnight oats made with yoghurt and chia seeds... i'm always hungry…

I'm going to New Orleans and Mississippi in July...and then to Croatia in August for a music festival - wahey! Some of my favourite ever vacations: - Nepal (trekking, bumming around the lake in Pokhara, watching my hubby bungee jump off a bridge...) - Leh in northern India - New Zealand is just beautiful - Raileh beach in…

Congratulations! You look at least 10 years younger. Great job.

Tailor? Friend who is nifty with a sewing machine? Any shop that does alterations? It's beautiful, and I agree with other posters that a sash could make a big difference, though you don't want it to look bunched up. Congrats! I'm sure you will have a lovely day. I do support you working something out though - probably an…

That's 2 pounds a week - which is awesome. Keep it up!

Aie, that sounds tough. I'm sorry that you are feeling so down. A lot of your struggles seem to stem from boredom, that I don't mean that in a dismissive way, because I really think boredom can be toxic. My suggestion would be to see if you can get a part time job, something that you can work around your schedule with your…

Wow, great job! You look beautiful.

Favourite pics of the thread! Awesome.

I think you look great. Maybe your friends etc are also reacting to a change in the dynamics of your friendships as a result of your weight loss. Sometimes I think people are reacting to the fact that before you were their funny, safe joker friend, and now you're 'competition' and confident and take less nonsense from…
