What does everyone think about stopping 30 day shred and finishing up be fit in 90, THEN moving back to 30 day shred, plus a walk every other day or so? Would that be enough to tone up, if I work hard on upping my calories? I am just so scared that if I up my calories, and down how much exercise I do, I will lose the bit…

Will doing the same program that I am doing (Maybe even a bit less) But upping my calories, help me to get more toned?

Is 250 a day really a lot? I actually don't know if this is the correct number. For 30 day shred, I always just put in 150 calories, don't know if this is too much or too little. I see some people burning as much as 250 on 30 day shred per their HRM (I want to get one, but don't have money at the moment.)

I have what I think is an NSV. My FIRST actual DROP of sweat coming off of my forehead and running down my cheek! It was in the middle of 30 DS level 2. Normally I just get little speckles, but this time it formed into a DROP! PS. is it normal to pretty much only sweat in your face and head area? I hardly ever sweat…

I for one think it looks fantastic! The only thing I would do different is cut back a bit on carbs and dairy, but that is just me. Do what works for YOU.

I have a question, When we do the pendulum lunges with the hammer curls, should I not worry so much about doing as many as they do and keep up with them, or should I just worry about form? For some reason I have a really hard time with lunges and squats.

I HATE cardio and LOVE lifting, but I try to do both because I have a layer of fat over my muscle that needs, to be gone, and its also good for your lungs and heart.
