Thanks for all the responses! I just did day one, couldn't quite keep up with the trainers, but I kept moving, and I sweated a bucket, so I guess that is something!

PS My cardio is mainly brisk walking the dog for 30-60 minutes 3 times a week, plus I am a busser so I am on my feet for 4 hours, doing a lot 3 days a week
