What I am thinking of doing is buying this bag of dark meat thighs and drumsticks and putting them in the crockpot with some veggies and red potatoes and freezing individual portions so I can reheat them on the days that I work from 5-9 pm.

Just wondering... And the reason for the topic wording was to get peoples attention, because people tend to look at posts if they think what the heck... I want to know how many calories I burn to see if I need to push harder, because I feel like I am already working hard.

Nothing, except sugar, fat, calories, carbs.... plus the fact that I could eat a whole tub of Ben and Jerry's in one sitting and lick the bowl! I LOVE B&J!!!:grumble:
