  • Thanks! I lost the first 50 or so quickly over about 4 months (weight loss study), and then another 40 over the following 8 months. The rest has come off pretty slowly, over the last year.

  • Thanks for the advice! I'll definitely look into Run Your Butt Off - I've been pretty happy with prior attempts at c25k before (I've always ended up quitting when my life gets too busy), but it never hurts to have more information.
