I love fish tacos too. Here's how I make mine. Bake 1 pound of talaphia (lightly salted and peppered) for about 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Once that is done, I flake it apart. I recently made bok choy with jumbo shrimp and it came out quite tasty. I just sautee the shrimp with some EVOO, add garlic, onion, salt and cayenne pepper. Then throw in some chopped bok choy and let cook down. I serve with brown rice and I am set.

Pan size shouldn't make a difference. I used the calculator on Sparks and then just divided into roughly 6 parts for each serving. I used and 11x13 pan if you are curious.

It is when you're waiting for a machine. So you go over and ask them when they will be done and they do like 2 reps and continue to camp out there for another 30 minutes LOL

My biggest pet peeve are those people who just camp out, sit and socialize on a strength training machines. Not actually working out.:mad:

That's the first place I checked. According to MFP, it says the house salad is 350 calories per plate. I was just wondering what they mean by plate. Do they consider "plate" to be a full salad entree? That would make a huge difference.

This use to happen to me quite a bit. My personal trainer said that cramps happen because the body is not hydrated enough. I increased my water intake and it doesn't happen anymore. :smile: Hope this helps.
