Okay, I am sore... I am sore!! Everystep my calves, thighs, booty, and waist is letting me that it wants a divorce from me. This is not what it signed up for What it does not know, is that we YET another round of KempoX HA, to you my body!!!

Your not doing two full workouts in one day are you? Granted if you did the Plyometrics in P90x once, you should be sore after but doing two of those in one day is "crazy" ? Your on your first phase of the Doubles phase right? Are you switching the order of the workouts suggested in the program?0

Eat lots of bananas!!! It will help your muscles not cramp so much and recover faster!!0

You will learn to love the pain! If i finish a workout and I am not sore the next day than I up the reps or weights or whatever I need to do to make sure that I am always challenging myself! Keep up the good work!!!0
