Are you in England? If so talk to your local Community Protection Officer. What they are doing is anti-social behaviour and you shouldn't have to put up with it! I'm sorry they are being so hurtful. I get abuse shouted at me when I go running too. It feels horrible, but like everyone says just carry on and try to zone them…

Remember, small steps. Use the stairs instead of the lift. Park as far away from the shops as you can manage and walk in. Get off the bus a stop earlier. Try to eat more fruits and vegetables. Don't forget don't be too hard on yourself!

If you find it difficult to flip it over (and it all breaks up) try finishing it under the grill. A small amount of olive oil is not too many calories and it is healthy. I would be more careful of the cheese!
