need some support

hi my name is lekea im 23yrs old. ive become fed up with looken in the mirror and not likeing whati see the 195lbs of it. so i came here for some help. i feel like myweight has kept me from persueing some things because of oviously the lack of convidience. i seem to have a hard time getting motivated to workout and some days its just hard to say no to good yummy food.. i dont have any1 cheering me on i guess u could say.. need help onhow to jumpstart this weight loss journey...

  • Remember, small steps. Use the stairs instead of the lift. Park as far away from the shops as you can manage and walk in. Get off the bus a stop earlier. Try to eat more fruits and vegetables. Don't forget don't be too hard on yourself!

    Break it down...One meal at a time. Then one day at a time, then one week....so on and so forth. You need to know how bad you want it- we have no idea so we can only support (or not support) the decisions you make each day.

    Educate yourself on the right foods (carbs, proteins, fats, etc)
    Exercise
    Drink water
    Keep going

    You can do it, you have to believe!
