Lol i think the 14s i was wearing when i was 20 lbs heavier were just way to tight, so now they actually fit me right. Hopefully in the next 10lbs i will be in 12s. I can get them on, but they don't look good yet lol

I drink one every couple days. 2 cups kale, half cup cottage cheese and half cup bolthouse gree machine juice. It's usually my before bed snack. Salads take me forever to eat, so it's fast and has all the great nutrients my body needs.

the week before/during TOM is the worst hunger wise for me. I eat 1800 and love it... but days like yesterday make me think that 5000 wouldn't satisfy lmao.

Can't do it with you because I live in Minneapolis, but I think it's crazy your friends don't want to do it! It's the only 5k I have actually convinced my friends to do with me! (we are doing the one in Minneapolis). good luck though! it is going to be a blast!!

I need to weigh once a week. otherwise I get kinda slacky with my eating or exercise. I haven't ever weighed every day, that would be maddening.

I love my water ... not. I drink 90 oz (they say you should drink half your body weight in ounces?) I absolutely hate water, but by goodness I have been getting it in regardless. And this week I was down 3 lbs... so maybe water is great haha

I LOVE American Eagle brand jeans. So so so comfortable. Old navy's are alright too. I normally only wear skinny jeans... but I think I have a few that are flare? boot cut look terrible on me.
