3-6 days a week (basically if I have time it is 6 days a week, but if I am very very busy that week than I go 3 days) I work out for an hour. 30 mins cardio, 30 mins weights/machines.

This. I run for 30 mins on the treadmill and have specific cardio goals, but I also lift for 30 mins after I run. I love doing both, for different reasons.

I am 5'6 and I eat 1800 cals a day and don't work out as much as you, and I also eat some of my exercise calories back....EAT MORE! I have lost 17 lbs eating way more than you do. Please please see the Roadmap and follow it.

I put kale in my smoothies with frozen pineapple, cottage cheese and some Bolthouse Green machine. i think it takes like a slightly sweet salad in a cup lol.

I have one jar in the kitchen and use it as a butter substitute. But I also have a jar in my bathroom. I do this too! Running on the treadmill next to a really in shape woman is the best motivator out there! Also doesn't hurt to have a cute guy running on the treadmill ahead of me, keeps my head up and makes it easier to run than when I am looking down at my feet... lol just sayin'.

I have a few breakfast options I choose from. It's either eggs, salsa and a cup of coffee, or oatmeal and a coffee. My lunches change since I work as a nanny in someone's home. But my dinner is almost always 2 turkey burgers, cottage cheese and pineapple.

That's awesome! When I put mine on there (8 months ago) it wasn't a lie (190)... but I gained 17 lbs from end of May to January 1st. And have only taken 12 back off. can't wait to lose 5 more lbs and have it be the truth again lol

Do you have a Planet Fitness anywhere near you? They are 10.00 a month and I believe no contracts (?). Also, I know the YMCA seems expensive, but they have plans that are based on your income level. ( or if you are a student, they have student rates too)
