I'm 21, live in Minnesota, and started out at 207. Currently at 194.8. Feel free to add me! I eat tdee -20 percent. And work out almost every day doing cardio and strength training.

For me I have tried motivating myself everyday, but it doesn't work for me. So I just don't give myself an option. Some days I wake up happy and excited for the day and exercising and eating right. You could start with 30 day shred or Ripped in 30 (they are both Jillian Michaels), if they seem really easy for you then move up to P90X or Insanity. 30 day shred is free on youtube, so you could try it and see how you like it. I have heard Insanity is just that, insane lol. Good Luck!

I use Body Fortress from Walmart, its cheap-ish and taste great to me. I tried the cheat day thing but i had no sense of control at the beginning of this journey, so i would end up binging. Now i just focus on hitting my macros and calories. I eat chocolate every day. But this ifs a lifestyle change and of cheat days work fore you, then have them.

To have to buy new summer clothes because I lost weight, not because I gained weight! I am going to visit a friend at the end of May, and she lives 2 hours from the beach.... Really really really want to be able to wear a swim suit and not be uncomfortable.

this makes me sad. a lot of the guys who have the ab pictures have worked REALLY REALLY hard for YEARS to get them and maintain them. you are here to lose weight and get a better body right? then you are where those guys were months/years ago. don't hate on them.
