I am 175, bought the bikini I wear now when I was 189 as inspiration, but I wear it now and I think I look fine. No worse than everyone else on a Minnesota beach (aka everyone is verrrrry pale lol) It is all about confidence. I don't give two sh*ts what anyone thinks of me in my bikini.

I wouldn't say anything about someone's weight unless they brought it up. If they sit and complain to me about how fat they are and how they want to lose weight, then I tell them my advice, and I do not sugar coat it. However, I do wish someone had told ME I was getting so fat.

I am 5'6 and large framed (my wrist measurement is more than 6.5 inches) SW: 207 CW: 181 GW1: 160 UGW: 145-150 I feel like 140 or below is just 1) not realistic and would not be easy for me to maintain. and 2) I would be too thin for my preference. I like my thighs and my butt and having at least SOME boobs lol.

log it and move on. next time make sure you measure in cups how much you are eating, then you can log it more accurately. If you don't add all of the extra butter and oil, popcorn is a great filling snack and goes perfect with a movie lol

Only order water. Picking a fish dish and swapping rice/potatoes for veggies is always a good way to keep the calorie count down. Avoid shrimp though, restaurants like to add butter and hidden calories to them lol.
