I too am a coke zero addict... I try, I really do but in the morning I just NEED it :) I do water in the afternoon though. I know when I cut out soda altogether before it helped me lose weight. I am trying to slowly cut it out again though, but it is hard! Maybe we should start a coke zero support group for recovering…

I use free weights, but I do it in a lift class. Not heavy weights, but proper form is important and concentrating on the muscles contracting. I love doing squats, I actually have a little bit of a butt now!

I think splitting it up would be a great idea. Depending on your heart rate, you usually burn calories a bit more after a workout too, so which ever works best in your schedule.

When I started it was pretty much cardio (elliptical). I thought I was going die after 5 minutes to start, and now I can do over an hour without feeling much (it wasn't overnight of course). After I built up to about 1/2 an hour I started adding in weight and interval training classes. Weights are definately good to add in…
