And to add my two cents...let her do what she wants to do. Keep doing what you're doing (congrats btw) and when she is ready to come back to tracking she will. Some girls just like to do what they think is right...and usually will see the error of their ways. I know this first hand. : )

I grill zucchini! Either baste with olive oil or spray with olive oil flavored Pam, salt, pepper and then put on the grill until they are done. Yum!!

My meal planner is Pintrest. I pin all week long, then when it comes time to make my grocery list I look through my board and see what looks good. Then base my list off of those recipes.
