I have the Fitbit one and when I exercise, I have just been letting it sync as normal and deduct my calories burned. Does anyone opt to manually log exercises instead? Which is more accurate would you say as far as calories burned?

I prefer to let the Fitbit do the work for me.0

I log exercises that the fitbit wouldn't pick up - it will have you put in the start time on you exercise and then the programs don't double count the cals burned during that time frame0

I prefer to log it on MFP with the time I start and how many minutes so that I do not double-count the calorie burn.
Not sure about which one is more accurate but I prefer to have the actual exercise logged (and how many minutes) rather than just a calorie count and '1 minute', for tracking purposes.0 -
When I go to the gym I let fitbit do it all for me.
If I do a workout video or something at home not walking/running related I wear my HRM and manually log it.0
