Count me in I need to lose 50 lbs. Lost 35 in 6 months and now 10 of it has crept back on by not being accountable and slipping back to my old ways. I need to better insert exercise into my busy day. I have slipped horribly. Sign me up :)

I am 38 and fell off the wagon about 4 months ago. I dropped 31 pounds since last Sept and put 10 of them back on. I need some accountability again. Let's do this!!!

I always make sure I have healthy snacks with me. It is all about the self control. You are stronger than the temptation.

My 3 year anniversary will be March 12th. Best thing I ever did. Just stay focused and remember how bad it would taste. Plus now I don't even know how people can afford to do it, they are crazy expensive.

I am 5'2 and after 2 kiddos I carry a lot in the middle. I did 30 Day Shred and that helped me to lose some inches and get stronger. I just started Killer Abs last night and had trouble keeping up. If I wouldn't have done the Shred first I think I would have stopped after 5 minutes. May sound stupid, but I try to gather enough energy for one good workout. One where I will sweat a lot. I wear a sweatshirt too. A good sweat helps get me kick started to fighting a bad cold. Then hit the soups, lots of liquids and go to bed early and rest up.

I gained weight during the 30 Day Shred too, but how do your clothes feel? I would rather have extra lean muscle. I would definately up your calories and don't be so hard on yourself. Never stress out till you haven't lost anything in 6 weeks. Then it is time to revamp your food and workouts. happy Shredding!!!!

I only log cleaning when it is a big clean. Like scrubbing floors, moving furniture or anything that really makes me sweat. I don't consider daily dusting and vacuuming exercise. I only count the walking of shopping if I go for over 2 or 3 hrs. 1 hour at the grocery store doesn't count for me. I guess it is what you feel…

I lost my terrier of 16 years about 2 years ago. I did have her cremated and the vet put her in a flowered tin. It sits behind her picture on the mantel.

I agree with everyone eat more, but you also need to drink more water. Water is key. You gain weight when you are dehydrated and you don't even know it. Keep the sodium down and eat more veggies.
