Are you getting enough Carbs? I had the same thing my first week and I was WAY under what myfitnesspal suggested for carbs. I changed my dietary habits and I'm still under their suggested carbs, but not nearly as much. It has REALLY helped me. My Dietitian has also approved a rough meal plan that's kept me full.

I use smooth away. I like it because you don't have to time it with a shower or anything (I'm a mom of two kids so my showers need to be quick!) It works pretty good, but just be SURE to use moisturizer afterwards or you can get irritation.

Congratulations on the weight loss so far! I am 4'9" so I completely understand the added challenge in weight loss. I am also a full-time mother who has just started here. I'm hoping to get TO 130 pounds right now so I'm really amazed at your success so far. keep it up!! :D
