Sorry to hear that porterbaby. Just do the best you can! Maybe try squeezing in a 15 min workout daily, etc. Whatever you do, don't give up. :)

I'm no scientist either, but on a treadmill that momentum is already there, so from my experience, I'm not pushing myself as hard whereas outside, you're challenged by different terrain, weather, your own body weight, etc.

I prefer the outdoors rain or shine any day over the treadmill. I find I breath better too!

More than likely natural, but if you want to be sure, always read the ingredients list. You'd be surprised! I can't drink milk unfortunately so I have to drink soy milk, and I was shocked that even non fat soymilk had loads of sugar added, so I have to be careful.

Great job Blondie!! I say, just have fun and just be aware of how much sweets you're eating. I agree, I love those mini eggs. I have to buy the small bags because I can definitely eat a big bag in one sitting!

I measure once a month, but since I do it myself, I'm sure I'm always off by a bit. Instead, I go by how my clothes fit. I have a pair of pants and a shirt I put aside that I haven't been able to fit in for a few years now. At the end of each month, I try it on and see how it feels and I have to say, it's the best way to…

I agree with the rest of you. This is ridiculous. People need to be accountable for their actions. Losing weight certainly isn't easy because if it was, we'd all be at our goal weight by now I'm sure! It's 90% what you put in and the choices you make that will determine your success.

If you have a jump rope, it's a great workout. Also, if there are some stairs, just race up and down the stairs. Really gets your heart pumping. Mix it up with some squats, crunches, etc. as acensoprano mentioned, and you have a workout. :)

Welcome lauren! porterbaby, great job!!! As for me.... LW: 161.0 CW: 158.6 Out of the 160's!!!! One of my goals was to be out of the 160's by the end of February, and accomplished! Phew!

You definitely need more veggies & protein. Try eating a bit more balanced, whole grain, fruit/veggie, and protein with every meal. And why do you not feel like eating? Stress?

Yogurt with frozen blueberries (just thawed a little bit) and topped with a little bit of homemade granola. Approximately 100-150 cal and it's like ice cream :)).
