i use dymatize as well but i use the elite xt extended release not that i believe in the extended release but i love the flavors :)

the last ten pounds on a scale take a while but if your close id say stop worrying about the number because at this point its just a number! focus on the look now and dont even pay attention to the number thats just my opinion :)

keep it simple eating clean means dont eat ****ty food like fast food, candy and limit deserts

me personally mentally i never went back once i lost weight i became addicted to looking good and i still eat right and exercise regularly to make sure i never gain the weight back!

depends on your goals but if you lift. (which you should in my opinion) then you need more protein but even if you dont 1 gram per 1 lb of lean body mass isnt to much so why not do it anyway

haha bro i dont even count sugar i probably get 80+ grams a day with the cereal in the morning and 3 or 4 apples a day idc about the sugar i workout enough for it to not be a problem

i eat soooo many frosted mini wheats like a 2 boxes every 3 days haha but it has alot of sugar id say some special k with skim milk and a banana for breakfast
