its a holiday there are only like 4 food based holidays a year based on who you are (for me its easter, 4th of july, thanksgiving, and christmas) so live it up theres still 361 days a year to make up for it :)

oatmeal and fruit or hard boil some eggs and eat them on the way to work.. very fast!

cheat days are weak! just have food you love and fit it into your goals

you cant target areas for weight loss you just have to burn fat and build muscle and tone up it takes time but you can do it!
