even tho i hate it cottage cheese has some good protein eggs have a good amount of protein and...ALMONDS!

not sure about that but if you grill it and press it to get some of the grease out it loses alot of fat

i struggled with adhd through high school it wasnt until college i found something that worked.. chewing gum! for me chewing gum is something to do that doesnt distract for the class im in. keeps me from needing to move all the time since im constantly chewing

dont get discouraged youve already lost 5 pounds thats great! and one bad day wont kill you i still have days where i eat a whole large pizza and more and it doesnt matter much because its just one day! just dont make a habit out of having bad days. move one work hard and watch the weight fall off :)

i eat pretty clean find it very easy because there are so many options! lol add me if ya want

if your only having one bar and not eating a bunch of processed sugar its not a big deal

exactly 27 grams of sugar is soo little id say your fine at about 55 even 65 as long as your not eating a bunch of cookies and candy bars dont even count sugar

in my opinion you should just stop counting calories and eat new foods that you know are healthy but dont know the calorie or any other nutritional values of that way you wont know how much you are eating and after a little bit you wont freak out anymore :)

okay this is just my opinion but you really need to chill on the freaking out about sugar. the sugar from apples isnt even a big deal i eat 3 apples a day minimum

cheat days are exactly what it says its cheating. you dont need to do them you choose to just control yourself and maybe just splurge on a meal or something
