The "normal" amount is 2000 calories, but you want to have enough calories in your body and never want to go into negative calories because of the starvation mode which won't help you. That's how I think it is but not 100% also don't forget the protein!! :smile:

Oh I forgot to add that warming up on the treadmill helps me. If i just jump into any exercise my tummy tells me no. I have to do at least a mile and build up speed before.

I wish I had the answer for you, but I only know tips. Make sure you don't eat before workouts give it a few hours before. Drink lots of water. And determine if its bloated, acid things maybe a pill can solve! The same thing happens to me but its been going on way before I started working out :( but I hope one of those…

Trust me it may seem like a lot, but if you keep up the hard work it will pay off! I need to lose over a hundred pounds also. So far I am down 10 pounds in 8 days :) I am trying to follow the biggest loser plan so far its working :)

My personal trainer recommends that you have whey protein. Also depending on your weight you should have so much protein a day. My favorite so far is one from GNC its expensive but it has 60 grams of protein but I split it so I can have two drinks a day, just because you should only have serving of that shake a day. Tastes…
