Working out-upset stomach-Help!

Hi! I just started working out in the last two weeks and I'm loving it. However, ever since I started, I have an upset stomach all the time. I don't know what I'm doing wrong or what I need to eat differently. I've lost seven pounds in two weeks which I'm excited about but I feel sick all the time. Do you have any advice or tips for me? Thanks!

    I wish I had the answer for you, but I only know tips. Make sure you don't eat before workouts give it a few hours before. Drink lots of water. And determine if its bloated, acid things maybe a pill can solve! The same thing happens to me but its been going on way before I started working out :( but I hope one of those things help you!!

    Oh I forgot to add that warming up on the treadmill helps me. If i just jump into any exercise my tummy tells me no. I have to do at least a mile and build up speed before.
