I also have this problem. I recently started eating hummus in the morning (made from black beans or soybeans) and felt bloated all the time. I soak the beans for the night before cooking. I guess I should be more careful when cooking it.

This is a short workout (around 25min), so it doesn't need much to get you started. You start it, you finish it. Then you can do your other things. Pretty simple. I'll be doing day 3 today, no soreness at all. I'm at my second time doing it. Hope you all get your results from it!

I'm interested too in building some muscle mass, but also work at home and have no equipment for heavy lifting. What exercices exactly can one do to help with that, presuming there is calorie surplus to help it? Are the right body weight exercices enough for this purpose?

It happened to me a few days ago. Almost had a fight because people kept insisting I'm way too skinny lately because I'm not eating anymore. The only way to prove I didn't lost any weight for months was to use the scale in front of them so they can see it's the same weight. Frustrating...
