well done. I'll give it a go now 1. down a dress size 2. waist is 1cm away from the healthy range 3. ive begun excersing regularly again 4. ive discovered i love swimming 5. people look to my food to work out how to eat healthily...love being a good example

have a good breakfast. dont have junk in the house if you can (i even got rid of lots of cheese and bacon). so friut and yoghurt and nuts occassionslly will be rewards instead. i also did no added suger and salt for 4 weeks, no salad dressings---amd i got my tastebuds back and craved sugar less

rice, and veggie sirfry (eggs, tofu-from asian supermarket, whats in season egg broccoli corn carrot capsicum peas) - 1tsp soy sauce 1 tsp fish and 1/2 lime.

I can't see your diary. I cope with 1200 with low GI foods and protein eg. eggs. Michelle bridges has great cookbooks for ideas on food. I often eat roast vegetables. I don't eat sugary things eg.lollies or too much salt eg. chips.

lots of goals. fitnesswise...by autumn to be at goal weight and in routine of swimming and walking.

im bringing vegies and homemade dips for entree. there will be cheese and crackers, nuts for entree too. prawns ham turkey and about 7 salads for lunch with crabberry sauce. mangoes and cherries, fruit salad, christmas pudding and tiramasu for dessert. and lots of new dishes each year too. about 30+ people come so plenty…
