  • I just lost 10 lbs in 31 days exactly but I totally did not mean to. My calorie goal was set to lose 1 lb a week. I started exercising vigorously and ate about half of my calories back. I pretty much just ate a bunch of Lean Cuisine meals and other prepackaged foods. Some times I ate more than half my calories back. I only…
  • Oh boy. I am starting night shift at the very end of this month when I get off orientation (RN). I do like to eat the Special K Honey BBQ chips. The entire bag (medium sized, like 100 chips or so) is 380 ish calories. That gets rid of salt & sugar cravings for me. This is totally off topic, but do yall go to a "regular"…
  • Yeah my heart rate is usually 170-180 but if I get close to 190 I feel like I have to throw up. But I still won't feel sore lol. I may just go ahead and play basketball today or something. I try and switch it up, but eventually I come back to the old stuff. I miss feeling sore, it makes me feel alive ;)
  • Okay, thanks. I was feeling like maybe i need to push myself even harder, which IDK if that's really possible sometimes lol. I just mowed the lawn uphill so maybe ill feel that in the morning.
  • 9 ** edited - After clicking your picture to get a better look, I am going with 10. I don't think the tiny pictures do justice to anyone lol.
  • Me, but we're already friends on here so... yeah. I haven't been eating well at all lately, so many snacks and things. Starting today, I have been trying to get back on track.
  • Thanks for the replies everyone. To the woman with the smart *kitten* reply of not getting hired to be nice and supportive to coworkers personal goals, they really don't have to be negative, especially when never asked, about their coworkers goals either. If one of my coworkers told me she wanted to get morbidly obese as a…
  • The reason my coworkers know is because they ALWAYS bring food, which is usually unhealthy, so i ask what is in it, or if it has a nutrition info thing on the back, I go and look (which is obvious) or I am scanning in foods with the scanner. I don't ever say "I am going to check the calories of these Twizzlers" but they…
  • See if they actually stayed, I don't think anyone would have a problem with that. I'd surely be happy for them :) I am a little nervous because my favorite cardio machine (Precor AMT) will most likely be used up :/ My gym only has 3 of those machines at this time. I had weight lifting sets at home so I don't care much…
  • Oh wow, i assumed it would be mostly the treadmills & ellipticals! I also assumed it'd be more quiet by the end of January when people give up.
  • Well, I know it's only been two days, but since stopping the Benadryl for a whopping two nights, I feel GREAT! Absolutely no peeing at night (not once), and not a thought about food in the middle of the night apparently because there isn't any evidence of me getting up :) For the other posters, I do have an alarm system in…
  • I will not have insurance till January 1st, I lost my insurance on Sept 10th, so I have to wait till the new year. But if this continues I will speak to my doctor about it. I am stopping the Benadryl tonight. I have always caught a lot of flack about it, so everyone is happy now. I am worried about not being sleepy on days…
  • I am sort of under some stress, but nothing too bad. I did just start my job as a labor and delivery nurse 2 months ago, same time I started working out. My boyfriend and I are recovering from a bit of a rough patch, but we've been a lot better these last few weeks & everything seems back to normal. Idk, maybe I am in…
  • I am going to look up more sources, just in case. I remember looking it up when i started taking it regularly and everywhere I saw said that it doesn't have any real side effects of long term use. However, I am sure anything like that taken for so long can't be too good for ya. I have never "upped" my dosage before, I just…
  • My dad has sleep apnea, but I do not think i do. I do not snore and before this, I really only got up to pee. I always remember feeling a huge urge to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. I always feel refreshed and full of energy in the morning. When i was in nursing school (just graduated in may), I was always…
  • Let me take a look at this article, thank you.
  • Well that's scary! I don't have it that bad, and it only just started. I don't know if I am a big sleep walker, but my boyfriend (lives with me) says that when i fall asleep before he does, he sees me get up to go to the bathroom, then go right back to sleep. The other thing is, I pretty much eat the same things and I…
  • The only other thing I can think of is I pee a lot at night (sorry, TMI). For the last couple of years i wake up almost every night to pee at least once. Usually twice, even if I get only 6 hours of sleep. It has gotten to the point with that that I pretty much get up to go to the bathroom while I am practically still…
  • No, I am not taking Ambien. I do take 1-2 25 mg tablets of Benadryl almost every night, because I love how much sleep I get on the days I don't work (and on the days i do have to work, I want to make sure I fall asleep quickly). But I have been doing this for a year or so now. What bigger issues?
