Hello everyone I'm currently a bmi 22.8, trying to get it to about 20
I would like friends in a similar situation so i can see how much and what, people eat to lose weight when they don't have much to lose

I'm 21, female, 5 ft 6 and 140lbs

Please add me if you are similar, or if you are just nice :D

I'm also 5'6 and 138... trying to lose about 10-15 lbs. Feel free to add me :)
  • I think you can eat at maintenance and increase your cardio for a leaner look.

I been reading a lot about leaner is all about reduction of calories.
  • Me, but we're already friends on here so... yeah.
I haven't been eating well at all lately, so many snacks and things. Starting today, I have been trying to get back on track.

Though poorly worded, this is correct. BMI is used for evaluating large populations and is largely irrelevant to individuals. You'd be better served by focusing on body fat percentage.
  • Feel free to add me. I was so excited when I went from "Obese" to "Normal"... although I think the "Normal" range is pretty insane in this day and age. Just another goal to reach... it's all good.

Hi, I'm 18 years old, 5'6, I weigh 157 pounds and my BMI is 25 sharp. I'd like to weigh 133 pounds, with a BMI of 20.8. I'm in the "normal" BMI range, but I feel I should lose some weight anyways.
