I checked your food diary and the only day I see you even near 1200 was last month when you ate 1295 but burned 800 calories with exercise. Most of the days I checked weren't even 1000. Your not eating enough. You might feel ok now but later it will be a problem.

granted the way its is on here it takes a lot longer to lose but I bet we have a higher success rate and we don't end up with eating disorders in the long run. I'm not going to kill my self with exercise just to lose weight.

I eat 1400 calories per day. If I only eat healthy foods I would be full long before I got to 1200 so I eat fat not a lot but just enough to get that 25/35 percent that we should be eating every day. I have lost 59 lbs. since September but 71 in total.

I head once that someone left a container of margarine outside and the flies wouldn't even go near it. How good can it be if even the flies won't even touch it.

I love sugar so I can't possibly live with out my candy or junk food. I have been eating this way since the start September 1, and I'm still losing weight.

you can measure your food without a food scale but your measurements won't be as accurate. I use mine all the time.

I don't eat them every day but when I do I try and not to go over 600 mg of sodium. I eat pretty much what ever I want I just log it and portion it.

since I have been on here I have lost a 5000 BTU air conditioner. My total weight loss is 66 pounds = fats and oils an average American eats in a year

at one of the stores I go to they have discount racks of 50% off. They expire that day or the next but you can always freeze it.

If I was taking care of someone like that and If they didn't like what I brought them I would just say get it yourself then. Tough love darn right. I would rather have someone yell and scream at me for more food then not have them here at all.

I looked at your food log and your not eating enough 600-900 per day is not enough.

I go when there 3$ a bag or if I do by new I get them cheep or a size or 2 smaller then I wear.

look you are going to be surrounded by trigger foods on a daily bases. You can't expect everyone else to stop eating the foods they like because you don't want to eat it.
