I checked your diary. 5 out of 6 days you go over your sodium. I would try and eat less sodium so you don't go over 2500. To much sodium leads to water retention.

first of all I think 7 lbs in w 3 weeks is great. You don't want to lose it to fast. I had mine set to 1 lbs a week and in the first month I lost 8.4 lbs. Month 2 it was 17 lbs and month 3 it was 26. I already walk 2 miles 5 days a week.

for the first 6 months I ate 1300 calories and didn't eat them back then I hit a Plato. Now I eat 1500 and eat back some of my calories. 5'1 and 39.

after looking at your diary I noticed that about half of your days you really go over your sodium limit that would effect your weight loss. Try and cut back on the sodium that might help with your weight loss.

I'm a baker too. I make Angle food cake and Banana Bread a lot. I found a recipe for Banana Bread that only has 60 Cals and 1 gram of fat.
