Don't worry for some people it takes more then a 20 lbs. lose to make a difference. The first time someone commented on my weight lose. I was at the 30 lbs. mark. I'm only 5'1 by the way.

most of my exercise is from walking. I walk as little as 15 min to as much as 3 hours depending on the day. Since September 1 2012 I have lost 46 lbs. I have been a walker for the last 17 years but it was only when I reduced my cals did I reall start losing. I lost 4.2 lbs in the first week on here at 1500 cals a day. I…

since being on here I have lost 44 lbs since September 1, 2012. I was at my heaviest last March I was 202 lbs. Now I'm 144. since I have been on here I have lost more then a Elephants hart. Since last March I have lost more then a 5000 BTU air conditioner

I used to eat the Concord Muffins they came in a box of 9. 4.5 oz each. Since then I have found the same brand of muffin pack of 4 but only 1.5 oz. So instead of 450- 550 each there 130-150 each. This way I can still have one and not be so worried about going over.

I have lost 57 LBS since last March. 40 D then 36 D now. Some women just don't lose in there chest.

I'f i'm hungery I do. The nurse who does checks my sugar and blood pressure says untless your hungery you don' have to.
