  • I find that the best thing is looking what I've done over where I need to go. Seeing what I've lost and what confidence that has given me (and a better body when I look in the mirror) keeps me going. Don't get stuck on the number left but where you have come from and what you have learned so far.
  • The list is endless (hence why I'm here)! Crisps, cookies, popcorn, ice cream, burgers, french fries...In short, sweet dessert type foods or salty fried foods!

  • All great suggestions! Thank you. While I want to add actual workouts to my day, I like adding these little things in too. It helps me to get moving more often. At least if I don't walk to work on a random day because of a meeting, I might get the chance to get some exercise (no matter how little). Thanks again!
  • I work in an office so I find it's relatively easy to eat on time most days. I have to eat small things all day or I will binge at some point later in the day and just lost control.   • I hadn't thought about it until now but I would prefer to look at sodium unless Fiber was something you find you regularly lack and regularity is an issue. I know I'm more likely to have high sodium meals when I'm in a rush or don't plan well so that keeps me from going way over. I could see how Fiber might be more…
