I agree, as I was reading down the list I was gobsmacked that girls wanted to be 30 pounds lower than my ultimate goal, many had starting weights lower than my goal.

I have it with blueberries/grapes/any random fruit and my weetabix for breakfast, with mixed nuts/raisins for afternoon snack, with baked banana for pudding, mmm x

I was 140 a few years ago, lost a few more pounds at that time and people told me I looked poorly, so, this time around I will be happy with anywhere between 140-145. Very comfortable in UK size 12 is my aim, no matter what the scales say ;-)

I've only been on here a few months, and I certainly didn't exercise much for a couple of years before I joined. I walk, pedal my exercise bike, and have just started couch to 5K, I'm getting more into this, however, the exercise I enjoy the most is dancing along with my Wii, I've had comments that it's not real exercise…

My skin feels far softer, no more blotches, oh and at TOM I no longer get sore boobs so that's a wonderful side-effect, probably the increase in water and reduction in sodium combined :happy:

Drink lots of water, and maybe eat a wee bit more, I'm set at 1200 too but I normally eat a bit more, especially if I exercise, and the weight loss is slow and steady.

When I feel myself listless and lacking oomph I try to get myself off the sofa and do something, even some dishes, tidy a drawer, turn on the Wii and dance for a while, just something to get me to stop mulling things over. {{{HUGS}}}} it will help, you can do it!

When my Dad had Bells Palsy he rested a couple of days, then he was round the golf course as usual 4 times a week. I guess as long as you feel ok, don't push yourself too hard. Hope it gets better soon :smile:

I know I concentrate better at work if I have breakfast, though some days it can be something simple like a cereal bar on the go. I doubt it will hinder your weightloss if you don't eat until a bit later in the day, it's up to you!
