One bad day isn't that bad, at least you acknowledged this. Just eat less for the next few days, don't just think about daily calories, think about calories over the week. Plus it's good to have a cheat day every once in a while to help you keep going. Don't view it as a negative.

+1 on decrease carbs and increase fats. Protein seems quite high also, how much do you weigh? Eat simple carbs instead of complex so you don't feel as bloated for so long. White rice, potatoes.
