Fell off the wagon yesterday

I had the worst day yesterday and I am so gutted because I have had a great couple of weeks leading up to it.
How do others get themselves back on track? It is so tempting right now for me to think this is all too hard, I need some support please!

I would always get to my goal weight and eventually fall off the wagon and gain it back. One of the reasons is i stopped doing weekly weight checks. I found that making myself do weight checks weekly would never let myself start slipping.0

Just climb back on!0

One bad day is not going to undo your progress. Just start back up where you left off.0

Remember why you started in the first place! We all have bad days. What defines us, is what we do after those roadblocks. Don't give in to the urge to give up and take the easy route!! Just get back to doing what you have been doing well.0

Own it. Like this, "omigosh, I just ate a ton yesterday, and it rocked my socks off!"
Then get back on the wagon.0 -
Start again from now! ...don't look back you won't see where you're heading ...you stumbled but you're upright now...have faith in you!! ...0

One bad day isn't that bad, at least you acknowledged this. Just eat less for the next few days, don't just think about daily calories, think about calories over the week. Plus it's good to have a cheat day every once in a while to help you keep going. Don't view it as a negative.0

Thanks everyone ... I will pick up my lip and get on with it! Great to get the support though!0
