I know meal prep will be very important for any success i will have on this plan so i did my meal prep last night for Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, and am planning on doing meal prep tonight for Thursday, Saturday and maybe Monday.   • Got day 2 of the sister challenge and day 3 done of daily burn last night at 11:30:) Woke up a little sore this morning, but am planning on drinking a lot of water, and ate two banana's for breakfast!

  • My wi day is on Friday, and last Friday there was no change (yet). Hopefully by this Friday i will have better news to report.   • On Saturday i went for a short bike ride/hike with my sister and a friend and realized just how out of shape i was when after only 15 minutes i was breathing so heavy i had to stop. Now i just have to find the motivation to start doing the Daily Burn which i am planning on signing up for today when i get home from work!

  • I think for me this time around it will be 220 then 185. The 185 because the last time i lost weight i could never get to that number, i got really close though 188! but now i gained it all back so now i start over again. My ultimate goal will be about 160 though.

  • I guess i will have to agree with most of the other ladies my goals for January are 1. Log every day 2. try to lose at least 10lbs 3. try to exercise a little bit every day, but have at least 3 days of good workouts.

  • i will be starting week three tomorrow and i never run through the whole free form part - usually do some sort of intervals during that time. I don't think that hurts anything.
  • Hi! Just joined this group, but am thoroughly enjoying the training app. Right now i go with a friend at about 5:30 in the morning just around our neighborhood. Some of it is really hilly so it depends on the day which way we go. Hopefully we will be able to start going down to the park (have to drive to get there though)…
