So i just wanted to introduce myself to the group. My name is Julianna, i am 33 and i am at the heaviest i have ever been. So i figured that i would just post to see how everyone is doing so far in the new year! I know that i was a lazy bum yesterday, but at least i didn't pig out:) I know that i have to get in the habit of doing a workout everyday so i think i am going to be pulling out some of my workout dvd's tonight!
