    My wi day is on Friday, and last Friday there was no change (yet). Hopefully by this Friday i will have better news to report. I am going to do my measurements tonight because i am starting a challenge with my sister. I have enjoyed the Daily Burn workout that i did do the other day, and i am going to be doing another one tonight so i am looking forward to that.

    Well day 1 of my sisterly challenge done, and day two of my daily burn workouts done! Now to keep it up all week!

    Got day 2 of the sister challenge and day 3 done of daily burn last night at 11:30:) Woke up a little sore this morning, but am planning on drinking a lot of water, and ate two banana's for breakfast!

    Way to go! Thats a healthy loss for a week. Slow n steady is the way to go. Lifestyle changes not crash diets. Great job!
